What is Pat's Promise?
Pat's Promise is our in-house protection plan, automatically included with every eligible purchase at no extra cost. It covers free lifetime cleaning and adjustments on your sunglasses. It does not cover smart glasses or user-inflicted damage. Learn more on our Pat's Promise page.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. Refunds and exchanges can be processed in-store or by shipping the item back to us. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your item is received and inspected.
Do my sunglasses come with a manufacturer's warranty?
