What if I received a defective or damaged item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Yes! Follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred item. Exchanges are processed as separate transactions.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
For most returns, a $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund for the prepaid return label. Returns due to defects or errors are free of charge.
