Sunglass World E-Gift Card — Terms & Conditions 

1. Issuer & Scope
Sunglass World, Inc. (referred to as “Sunglass World,” “we,” “us”) issues this e-Gift Card. These Terms & Conditions apply to consumer e-gift cards purchased from sunglassworld.com or at Sunglass World retail locations.

2. Delivery
E-Gift Cards are delivered by email to the recipient address provided at purchase. Delivery typically occurs within a few hours of purchase but may occasionally take longer. (We recommend verifying the recipient email for typos.)

3. Redemption
E-Gift Cards may be redeemed for merchandise and services online at sunglassworld.com and at participating Sunglass World stores in the U.S., unless otherwise stated. E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless expressly allowed. If an order placed online causes an authorization hold, the card balance may be temporarily unavailable until the order has shipped or the authorization is released.

4. Balance & Multiple Uses
Your gift card carries a balance until all funds are used. You may make multiple purchases against the balance until it is exhausted.

5. Expiration & Fees
Sunglass World e-Gift Cards do not expire and there are no service or dormancy fees, except where state law requires otherwise. Some states have consumer protection rules that may allow the recipient to redeem a small remaining cash balance for cash — if applicable, Sunglass World will comply with that law.

6. Non-Refundable / Not Redeemable for Cash
E-Gift Cards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash except where required by law. They are not a credit or debit card and may not be used as payment on any Sunglass World credit accounts.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use
Treat your e-Gift Card like cash. Sunglass World is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of e-Gift Cards, except as required by law.

8. Resale & Fraud
Use of e-Gift Cards for unlawful or fraudulent purposes is prohibited. Any e-Gift Card suspected to be used for fraud may be canceled and voided.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders placed before 2pm PST Monday-Friday will ship the same business day. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, California. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

• Standard Shipping (Free): 5-10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

We do not currently ship orders outside of the contiguous United States.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of our sunglasses and offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sunglassworld.net or 1-888-555-1234. You'll be provided with a prepaid return label to send the item(s) back to us.

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
